This program is designed as an introductory course on People Analytics helping participants to be comfortable in:

  • Descriptive People Analytics in terms of developing and modifying various HR metrics including proprietary metrics relevant for your organization
  • Predictive People Analytics: Making prediction about various people management decisions based on existing data or newly developed proprietary metrics
  • Prescriptive People Analytics: Making suggestions for future people management decisions based on the analytics and ensuring optimum use of investments in human assets.
Towards the end of the program, committed and serious participants should develop the confidence and expertise to design and implement customised people analytic projects.

Who Should Attend

  • The program is for professionals planning to learn about the utility of People Analytics through a systematic development program. This program will help you to utilize people analytics in making better people management decisions in day-to-day work or to pursue a full time career in HR analytics.
  • Even final year HR postgraduate students with 2 years of relevant work experience from a recognized universities/reputed institutes may participate in this program to differentiate themselves in job market. They need to go through a selection process.
  • This program is not for experts who are looking for advanced people analytic tools and we will be offering a separate program later for those professionals.

Eligibility

  • Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of HR at the time of application
  • MBA from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) with minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of HR at the time of application.
  • Non-HR managers, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience at the time of application

Certification

  • Completion certificate for those who clear online exam and project.
  • Participation certificate to those who fail to clear it, but attended the program till end.

One day Workshop in Major Metros

One-day optional workshop in major metros, depending upon the number of participants interested in attending the workshop. Interested participants need to choose a theme in consultation with the program coordinator within first two months of the course and work on available organizational data to present their analysis during the one-day workshop. Individual guidance will be provided to every presenter, since the number of participants for every workshop is limited to five. We will also provide reasonable support to those who are willing to sign an academic partnership with program coordinator for the next one month in improving the analysis.

Illustrations of People Analytics from Staffing, Training, Performance Management, Leadership, Organizational Culture, OD interventions, Organizational Structure etc. are covered and discussed across four modules discussed above.

Schedule of Classes: Saturday (05:00 – 08:00) pm (3 sessions during every month)
